Mortgage House ATMs Set for Sydney

Customers ATM today announced that it has partnered with one of Australia’s fastest growing major non bank home loan lenders, Mortgage House, to provide branded ATMs on its behalf.

The agreement takes effect immediately and will extend both Customers ATM’s network as well as Mortgage House’s brand presence.

Customers ATM Managing Director Tim Wildash said it was a fantastic opportunity for both companies.

“Securing a partnership with a market leader such as Mortgage House is further endorsement of Customers ATM’s superior service and technology provision,” Mr Wildash said.

“We will use this opportunity to provide the best ATM technology from Nautilus Hyosung and service to Mortgage House, which in turn will use its branding on our ATMs to further strengthen its position in the non-bank home loan space.”

The agreement makes Customers ATM the exclusive provider of ATM services to Mortgage House for five years.

Customers ATM will deploy Mortgage House branded ATMs in metropolitan Sydney over the next 12 months and to other major centres around Australia following that.

Mortgage House founder and CEO, Ken Sayer, said the plan was to install ATMs in the company’s home loan centres first and then to assess sites where Customers ATM already operates ATMs, to further add to the Mortgage House branded network.

“ATMs provide a functional and relevant vehicle for Mortgage House to promote the quality home loan business that we offer Australians,” Mr Sayer said.

“Customers ATM will be deploying Nautilus Hyosung ATMs for our organisation, equipped with advanced features that will allow us to promote our services in exciting new ways.”

Mr Sayer said it was too early to say exactly how many ATMs would be branded Mortgage House; however over the next 12 months he expected around 25 terminals would be deployed with more expected in future.
