Our selection process

Our selection process is a little different from others as we want to make sure that this is the right place for you and that you’re right for us.

Depending on the role that you are interested in, you will participate in a number of phone and face to face interviews with several of our people before being asked to complete an online psychometric and aptitude assessment. Finally we’ll contact your referees that you provide.

At all stages of our process, we’ll be looking at not just the skills and experience you bring, but your innate talent, values, behaviours and aspirations to ensure that we are the right environment to bring the best out in you.
