The Mortgage House Privileges members receive great value and savings when they call the Shopping Service. To access the Shopping service members call the 1300 hotline during business hours with their brand, model and best price. The Shopping service 'tenders' the item to its suppliers to obtain the best price in the market. Members receive a return call, usually the same day, and receive their price. The supplier then contacts those members who elect to proceed to arrange delivery and payment.

The Shopping Hotline provides a comprehensive service for all electrical consumer durables, from audio visual to the complete range of household appliances.

Members may access the service during normal business hours as well as by email.

The range of preferred, most popular, shopping goods and services are:

• Motor vehicle shopping service

The service also includes a 'car buyers hotline', which provides independent, reliable advice on the purchase of a new car. The service saves valuable time by locating the vehicle of your choice, arranging a vehicle inspection and a test-drive if required. Trade ins can also be arranged.

The Car Buyer service is regarded as a large buying entity in the motor industry and therefore able to obtain "fleet" type savings on all new motor vehicles. Motor Vehicle requests are tendered to reputable dealers who compete against each other to win the business. Naturally new vehicles come with the appropriate manufacturer and statutory warranties.
