Your focus will be on developing and maintaining successful and profitable relationships with business partners.

You will be responsible for:

Identification and development of new business referral sources, establishingpartnerships with them and putting them in the position to offer our businessservices to their staff and/or clients
Managing and maintaining business referral relationships
Preparing and presenting proposals to potential business referral sources
Promoting the company's image and marketing tailored solutions andstrategies

Ideally you will have proven experience in the finance industry. You will have strong communication and presentation skills, exceptional business management and relationship skills, negotiation acumen and be results focused. This is a dynamic role where it is essential to your immediate success that you have proven experience relating professionally across all levels of business.

In House Lending Manager
Attractive Salary Package + Lucrative Commission Scheme
As a mobile lender you will be required to:

Develop and grow a lead generation network
Conduct interviews with clients, analyse their needs and derive the bestsolution for their situation
Complete loan application forms and provide the supporting documentsnecessary for loan submission
Demonstrate PC literacy
Hold a current drivers licence

Junior Cadet/Trainee

You will be responsible for the day-to-day office functions, with full ongoing training and development to help you establish your career.

The preferred candidate will:

Have recently completed their School or Higher School Certificate
Display a will to learn and further enhance your skill set
Have a strong work ethic and a high degree of flexibility
Be passionate about providing quality customer service
Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
