Home Concierge

"Home Concierge" is designed for people who are busy and appreciate the convenience of a 'one call' solution to many of their everyday needs around the home.

Assistance when you need it -Peace of Mind -saving both time and money. The Home Assist service can be contacted 7 days a week by phone or email. Members spend quality time with our assistance personnel to ensure appropriate sourcing of the right service and people.

We have developed protocols and service provider databases to deal with each call on a case-by-case basis. Customer needs will vary from price driven to quality being of the essence; our assistance personnel will ensure each member request receives the highest possible standard of help.

A sample of the services are outlined as follows.

Lockout

In the event of being locked out of the home or car, Home Concierge will arrange a locksmith to attend within the hour. (Note: in remote locations this may not be practicable)

Child Care Location/Information Assistance

Members may need Childcare assistance, the concierge assistant will locate appropriate resources and facilities for each member's requirements.

Nanny Services

Members may need Nanny Service assistance, the concierge assistant will locate appropriate nannies and facilities for each member's requirements.

Home Trades Services

Helpline for a comprehensive list of gardeners, cleaners, pool care and trades for non-emergency jobs.

Pet Care Information/Location

Vets, kennels, catteries and arranging pet transportation
