Mortgage House Mission

Mortgage House endeavours to take the necessary steps to provide our customers with the best fit home loan or finance product that meets their needs. We aim to achieve this through:

• listening to our customers and understanding their requirements
• ensuring we continue to provide an extensive offering of quality home loan and mortgage finance products
• providing our customers with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions whilst offering them the wealth of experience and expertise that is synonymous with Mortgage House.

Where it all began...

	2010 - Over 40 Mortgage House Home Loan Centres around Australia	Founded by Ken Sayer in the mid 1980's, Mortgage House commenced its home loan operations as a Mortgage Broker. In 1998, operations were broadened; Mortgage House became a Mortgage Manager/ Mortgage Originator, responsible for the ongoing prudent management of the life of each home loan. Today, Mortgage House is a home loan mortgage lender in its own right giving us full flexibility in creating and delivering our loan products. Mortgage House has retained its mortgage brokerage function so as to provide a complete array of home loan lending services to all its customers.
	2007 - Became a Mortgage Lender (launched our own funding program, giving us full flexibility in creating and delivering our own loans)
	2001 - First retail Home Loan Centre opened (Mortgage House Blacktown)
	1998 - Became a Mortgage Manager / Mortgage Originator (had our own branded loans which we managed throughout the term and commenced our Customer Service operation)
	1986 - Mortgage House commenced operations as a Mortgage Broker

Ken Sayer

Ken Sayer, Managing Director/CEO of Mortgage House has over 30 years experience in the mortgage finance industry, with a focus in home loan lending. Ken Sayer's success has been driven by his ambition to provide a service that can fully accommodate for the customers' mortgage finance needs; to develop best quality and affordable home loan products that provides customers with maximum benefit.

Ken Sayer has a strong appreciation for the Mortgage House home loan lending family. 'Coaching rather than managing' and 'empowering to lead' are two approaches that have contributed to the positive working environment and increased efficiencies within the team at Mortgage House. The effects, further, flow on to our lending managers' interactions with our customers, enhancing their experience of arranging a home loan.

With ethical behaviour, mortgage industry experience, and ongoing financial education about customer needs, processes and mortgage industry trends... we have the right mix to ensure our customers receive premium service.

Mortgage House takes the time and goes to great depths to fully understand the customer's needs and requirements in a home loan. It is important to have the customer's best interests at heart to ensure we match the customer to the best fit home loan.

We also provide our customers with the necessary tools and knowledge to enable them to make informed decisions regarding their home loan. In addition to this, we are here to provide our expertise and share our wealth of industry experience with the customer from loan application through to settlement and beyond.

Ongoing support through Wealth Creation programs, Managed Debt Reduction programs, refinancing and loan re-structuring are other areas we are able to assist our customers with after the loan has settled.

In the Community

Mortgage House has a strong sense of community and this is demonstrated both at the Head Office level and through the local Home Loan Centres across Australia. From sponsoring local sporting teams and junior teams through to supporting local businesses by displaying their details on the individual home loan centre pages of this website, under the Billboard heading.

In 2009, Mortgage House signed a multi million dollar naming rights sponsorship deal with the Central Coast Bears in their pursuit to secure an NRL license for the 2013 season.
